Return Policy – TopBlend (Romania/EU)

Applies to consumer purchases on www.topblend.ro. BILOUD SRL (TopBlend) – ONRC J2015002244239, VAT ID RO34723223.

1) Right of withdrawal – 14 days

You may withdraw within 14 calendar days from delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, e‑mail https://topblend.ro/pages/contact with an unequivocal statement (you may use the model form below). After notification, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.

2) Exceptions (when returns are NOT possible)

• Sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that were unsealed by you (e.g., opened coffee/food packs).
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (some perishable foods).
• Customised goods or services fully performed with your consent.

Coffee conclusion:
– Returns accepted for SEALED coffee packs within 14 days.
– NO returns for opened/used packs for health/hygiene reasons.

3) Return conditions

Items must be returned in the condition received, with original packaging, accessories and labels, without signs of use/consumption. You are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods (we may deduct accordingly).

4) Return shipping costs

If you withdraw without a non‑conformity, you bear the direct cost of return shipping unless TopBlend expressly offers otherwise. For incorrect delivery or non‑conforming items, return costs are borne by TopBlend.

5) Refunds

We will refund the product price (excluding initial shipping unless we state otherwise) using the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.

6) Non‑conforming/damaged products

You are entitled to the legal conformity guarantee. If you receive wrong, damaged or non‑conforming products, contact us at https://topblend.ro/pages/contact within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos; we will replace or refund, as provided by law.

7) How to return – practical steps

1. E‑mail https://topblend.ro/pages/contact with subject “Withdrawal – [order no.]”.
2. Attach the Withdrawal Form (model below) or a free‑form message with the same information.
3. Pack items securely (keep the original box if possible).
4. Ship to the address provided by our team in the reply (we will confirm the return address and any RMA code).
5. Keep the proof of dispatch until the refund is completed.
