Shipping & Delivery Policy – TopBlend

1. Coverage and carriers

We ship within Romania and European Union via partner couriers.

2. Processing time

Orders placed on business days are typically processed within 12–24h. During peak periods/promotions, delays may occur; we will communicate transparently.

3. Delivery timeframes

Estimated options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address and the carrier. You will receive e‑mail/SMS tracking when handed over to the courier.

4. Shipping costs

Rates are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotions (e.g., free‑shipping thresholds) are communicated separately when active.

5. Addresses and re‑shipments

Ensure your address is complete and correct. Re‑shipments due to wrong/incomplete addresses may incur additional costs.

6. Parcel check on delivery

Upon receipt, please check the package integrity. Visible damage should be recorded with the courier. For content issues, contact us within 48h with photos and your order number.

7. Partial orders and stock

If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to propose alternatives, partial delivery or a refund.

8. Failed delivery

If delivery fails after the courier’s attempts (no pick‑up, incorrect data), the order may be returned to us; we will contact you for re‑shipment or refund (minus unrecoverable shipping costs).

9. Transfer of risk

Risk passes upon delivery to you or your designated person. Please do not accept visibly compromised parcels without recording the situation with the courier.
