DELIVERY TERMS, ORDER, PAYMENT METHODS
You have the guarantee of the original quality through your order at TopBlend made on topblend.ro, an official importer through BILOUD SRL registered at the Bucharest Trade Registry Office under no. J23/2244/2015 CUI RO34723223, with address in Nicolae Iorga Entrance no. 39j, Chiajna, Jud. Ilfov.
TopBlend offers standard shipping that delivers from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Romanian national holidays.

- Delivery cost is displayed automatically on the checkout page after the shipping address is added.
We currently do not offer shipping outside the EU. We also do not deliver to rural route (RR) addresses or PO boxes of any kind.
If an order is placed with a Rural Route address or PO Box, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued immediately. A physical address must be provided at the time of payment. Other address restrictions may apply depending on location and proximity to frequent Romanian travel routes. TopBlend reserves the right to cancel an order at any time based on shipping locations and related shipping costs. TopBlend does not ship orders that require pallet shipping through our online store. Large orders that require specialized shipping will need to be placed in another department.
If free delivery is eligible for your country it will be shown automatically on the website at checkout.
Shipping and handling in 1-3 business days
Orders are processed after receiving payment authorization and verification. Orders usually arrive within three (1) to three (3) business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Romanian national holidays).
Please note that delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed - this is only an estimate. These terms are defined as follows:
Product availability will affect when the product is shipped and therefore delivery time.
During Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the holiday season, there may be a change in the scheduled collection of parcels from the warehouse. This may result in orders arriving earlier or later than expected.
During the season of high-volume orders and/or promotional events, processing may be delayed to affect delivery time.
Sea and air carriers
The online store delivers orders that require transport by sea and air pallets (cargo). The transport offer is generated after placing the order online and once accepted, the cost appears in the order and in the final invoice.
Customs duties, including taxes, tariffs, or customs brokerage fees will not be calculated with your shipping fee and added to your order at checkout. Responsibility for taxes and customs procedures remains the responsibility of the customer.
The use of a courier company is accepted, however, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe have been delivered to a courier company. Any order addressed to a courier company is placed at your own risk. TopBlend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Orders placed on a working day until 14:00 and in which all the ordered products are in stock, can be shipped on the same day and reach their destination on the next working day. The standard delivery time is 1-3 working days (24-72 working hours). If this term is exceeded, please contact us to contact the courier and expedite the delivery.
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email and tax invoice. You can log in to your Account to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, TopBlend considers the order complete.
You may receive a notification by email or SMS from the courier company we work with, including tracking information and the scheduled delivery date. For shipping questions, courier companies can be contacted directly after providing the tracking number and related information.
Changing and canceling an order
If you want to cancel or change your order, we encourage you to send us an email immediately at email@example.com Customer service operators are available between 10.00 and 20.00 (Romanian time).
We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that our fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to receive orders quickly and efficiently.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or free shipping, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Transport fees are applied according to the rules mentioned above.
Orders can also be placed via email. You can send us orders at firstname.lastname@example.org. To pick up the order, please send us:
- the name or company you want to order from,
- delivery address (and billing address if applicable),
- phone number
- product names and quantities.
Transport charges are applied to your order according to the rules mentioned above. If you want to make further additions to the order already placed, you can do so by phone, at 0374499000 or by email at email@example.com, during the program.
Enter www.topblend.ro, press the "Add to basket" button for the products you want to purchase and complete the ordering process by pressing the Basket button, on the top right of the screen, and then the "Finalize" button. You will be redirected to the Cart page with all the products, and at the bottom of it is the Finish button. Then you have three options: "I am a customer" (login for existing customers), "I am a new customer" or "No authentication", then filling in the order form with your data (or that of the company on whose behalf you are ordering) and pressing the "Finish" button command".
- If you want delivery only to a courier company office, please fill in the delivery address accordingly.
- Make sure you have filled in the contact details correctly!
Immediately after that, you will receive a notification message to the email address you entered in the order form. From that moment, the order is processed.

PROMOTIONAL CODES from campaigns or flyers can be entered in the Remarks field, on the Cart page with all the products.
It is issued for both legal and natural person orders. The invoice attached to the parcels is issued without a receipt - thanks to the contract with the courier companies, the refund of the orders are transferred directly to the bank collection account, and thus the valid receipt is the one issued by the courier at the time of delivery of the parcel.
For orders paid through OP (Payment Order), when we process the order, we send you the invoice to the email address you entered in the order form. After you have made the payment based on the invoice and sent us proof of payment in response to the email in which you received the invoice, your order is being delivered.
In case you lose the receipt, the courier company you chose to deliver your package to can provide you with a copy after the receipt. If you lose the invoice, contact us to send you a copy afterward.
