RETURN POLICY and REFUND or REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS

The topblend.ro store owned by BILOUD SRL registered at the Bucharest Trade Registry Office under no. J23/2244/2015 CUI RO34723223, with address Nicolae Iorga Entrance no. 39J, Chiajna, Jud. Ilfov, Romania, complies with the Return Ordinance OUG 34/2014

1. ONLY NON-FOOD products can be returned (such as coffee accessories) that have not been used or used in any way (they are exempt from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial spaces, the following: "sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene reasons because they were unsealed by the consumer"); The consumer benefits from a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract.

2. FOOD items cannot be returned, according to the law: Government Ordinance 130/2000, Art. 12. The provisions of art. 3-4, of art. 7-10 and of art. 11: (1) the return of the products does not apply in the case of the sale of food products, drinks, or products of current use used in the household, delivered by the merchant to the home, residence, or workplace of the consumer.

3. Please note that all non-food returns are subject to validation and approval at the discretion of topblend.ro, before the return package is shipped and discussed by phone. topblend.ro monitors customer return activity for abuse, and if we detect what we believe to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that topblend.ro will no longer accept any returns to that customer. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe were delivered to a parcel shipping company.

4. Items sent to topblend.ro outside the return window, which are not in new and/or undamaged condition, without an original packing slip, or which are not purchased from www.topblend.ro, CANNOT be credited back to you or returned.

5. The use of a parcel shipping company is accepted, however, we will not be responsible for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe have been delivered to a courier company. Any order addressed to a courier company is placed at your own risk. topblend.ro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. The NON-FOOD products (coffee accessories) that you want to return must be sent to the address INTRAREA NICOLAE IORGA NR 39J, CHIAJNA, JUD. ILFOV, ROMANIA, POSTAL CODE 077040. After we receive the return, we will contact you to complete the process.

7. NON-FOOD products returned must be accompanied by proof of payment, in the original packaging, with all accessories, and with the original labels;

8. The products will be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, with the labels intact, the documents that accompanied them, and a copy of the Purchase Invoice. Returning a product without its packaging or without packaging accessories (for example safety supports, protective elements made of cardboard or polystyrene, etc.) or of the product will lead to a decrease in the value of the products, as mentioned below. Products with physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, stains, shocks, etc. are not accepted for return. without them being brought into compliance.

10. It is important to note that the initial shipping and return costs are NOT covered by topblend.ro and BILOUD SRL respectively. when they are sent back.

11. Transport is NOT included in the amount synonymous with the amount of the REFUND, but is paid separately by the customer.

12. TopBlend Member Points associated with all refunds will be removed when the refund transaction is processed.

13. If the REFUND is approved, the amount will be refunded to the account, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of arrival of the return to us. The established value of the products you want to return can be used for an order in the www.topblend.ro store

14. If the NON-FOOD products delivered by us are not the ones ordered, contact us immediately to replace the products received with the correct ones, and the costs of this return process will be borne by www.topblend.ro

15. If you are not completely satisfied with a TopBlend purchase for any reason, please contact customer service before returning your order. NON-FOOD products must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Non-food items (coffee accessories) purchased from www.topblend.ro can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
